Hi, my name is Wellta, I am 52 years, and I started houseinphuket.com 20 years ago (2004). We are currently working with 4 people.

I was born in Phuket, grew up in Phuket-Town and when I was 18 I went to Bangkok to study accountancy. After I finished my study I went back to my island Phuket, worked for various companies on the island and in 2004 started House In Phuket.

I followed courses on real-estate in Bangkok and am an official member of REBA and NAR. In 2010 I finished the prestigious CRS course, the first time held in Thailand. Only 3% of all NAR-brokers finished the CRS course.

Since 2004 I inspected more than 4200 houses in Phuket and I always keep up to date with the Thai Law, regulations and ownership for foreigners.
